We want you to love StackTrim. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions purchased through our site.
If a free tier or trial is available, please use it to evaluate StackTrim before upgrading. Trials may be limited by features or time.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method by Stripe; bank posting times may vary.
You can cancel at any time via your Customer Portal (Stripe) or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution. We may suspend accounts that initiate unfounded chargebacks.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you to update your payment method. Access may be limited until payment succeeds.
If local laws (e.g., EU/UK consumer rights) grant you additional mandatory protections, those rights will apply. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
